Local figures we found
- Mezzanines: Kit Mezzanines quotes A$350–A$650 per m² fully installed for Brisbane and the Gold Coast (ex GST), and A$250–A$400 per m² for kits. Space Rescue lists Brisbane supply-only examples of about A$360–A$380 per m² + GST (excluding stairs, guardrails and installation).
- Installed selective racking: Pallet Racking Maintenance (2026) gives QLD and NSW metro prices of A$280–A$520 per position for an engineered, certified install.
- Inspections: QLD Storage Systems lists A$250–A$295 for small warehouses and up to A$2,000 for large sites.
Regulator
Check the current WorkSafe Queensland guidance on racking. The only Queensland-linked copy we found is an older guidance note (WorkSafe guidance note (public-record copy, 2012)). See AS 4084 explained.
